1. General
These Terms & Conditions apply to all workshops, classes and coaching services provided by AK Ollin.
2. Bookings
A booking is confirmed only once payment has been received (where applicable).
Places are limited and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
3. Classes & Enrolment
Enrolment for weekly classes is available either for the Term or the Full Academic Year.
Students enrolled for the Full Academic Year are committing to the entire academic year. Where a payment plan is selected, this is offered solely as a payment convenience and does not constitute a term-by-term enrolment.
Places are limited to ensure small class sizes and individual attention.
4. Workshop Fees
Workshop fees must be paid before the event unless otherwise agreed.
5. Payment Plan
Where available, payment plans allow the total annual fee to be divided into scheduled instalments.
By selecting a payment plan, the participant (or parent/guardian) agrees to the full Academic Year fee.
Failure to attend classes or voluntary withdrawal from the programme does not cancel the remaining payments due, except where otherwise agreed by AK Ollin in exceptional circumstances.
6. Cancellation Policy
Workshop bookings are generally non-refundable.
If a participant is unable to attend, refunds cannot normally be offered.
If AK Ollin cancels a workshop, participants will receive either:
a full refund; or
the opportunity to transfer their booking to another workshop.
7. Missed Classes
If a participant is unable to attend a class, no refund or replacement class will normally be offered.
Where possible, AK Ollin may, at its sole discretion and subject to availability, offer an alternative class, although this cannot be guaranteed.
8. Teacher Absence
If a class cannot take place due to teacher illness or exceptional circumstances, AK Ollin will make every reasonable effort to provide:
a qualified substitute teacher; or
a rescheduled class; or
a refund for the cancelled session where no suitable alternative can be provided.
9. Health
Participants should ensure they are physically fit to participate.
Any relevant injuries or medical conditions should be disclosed before the workshop.
10. Children
Participants under the age of 18 must have permission from a parent or legal guardian.
A consent form may be required before participation.
11. Liability
Dance is a physical activity.
While every reasonable effort is made to provide a safe learning environment, participation is undertaken at the participant's own risk.
AK Ollin accepts no responsibility for injury, illness or loss of personal belongings except where required by law.
12. Venues
Classes and workshops may take place in hired or partner studios.
Venue details will be communicated prior to each event.
13. Personal Belongings
Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings.
AK Ollin accepts no responsibility for the loss, theft or damage of personal property brought to classes or workshops.
14. Photography & Video
Photographs or short videos may occasionally be taken during workshops for promotional purposes.
Participants, or parents/guardians of minors, may opt out at any time by informing AK Ollin before the workshop begins.
Consent preferences provided during registration will be respected at all times.
15. Changes
AK Ollin reserves the right to amend workshop schedules, venues, instructors or these Terms & Conditions where necessary.
AK Ollin also reserves the right to close enrolment for any class once maximum capacity has been reached.
